Non fasting, fasting <10 hours, improper tube, late transport, delayed seperation of plasma

Hemolysed, icteric and lypemic samples and in glucose oxidase method substances interfere with peroxidase like bilirubin, haemoglobin, uric acid and ascorbic acid
